"I think very highly of Blue Ridge Physical Therapy. I’m currently a repeat patient and pleased with their care. Dr. Kim is proficient and does a great job in my experience, as do all of the team members who I’ve worked with. The atmosphere in the clinic is personal and comfortable."

"Blue Ridge Physical Therapy in Johnson City, TN has been helping me with a different kind of migraine. Vestibular Migraine and PPPD, which have many odd symptoms such as loss of balance and various dizziness issues. They are one of few locations for this chronic disease. But they know what they’re doing, and I am getting some relief from their VRT treatment/directions. Unfortunately I’ve had this for almost 6 years, and it can take a year or two to put into remission. I’m just glad. Lauren is understanding , knowledgeable about my conditions, and patient and kind. If you have any vertigo type of issue, please call BRPT and ask for Lauren. Their staff have been wonderful and helpful every time I’ve needed something. Go BRPT!"

"I just finished PT at Blue Ridge for a total knee replacement. I am thrilled at the results. My knee feels great and the entire staff was wonderful. They are professional, caring, and friendly. This is my 3rd time to Blue Ridge and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. The atmosphere is so welcoming and you feel like family. "I started with Blue Ridge PT 2 days after a total knee replacement. Before my replacement I couldn't do many of the things I enjoy like hiking, gardening, and biking. The extensive knowledge, empathy and encouragement of Lauren, Stan, and all the staff at Blue Ridge kept me feeling hopeful and motivated after each session and I felt confident that I'd be able to return to an active lifestyle. By the fourth week I was making great progress on squats, steps, leg presses, and slides, and by the sixth week I could walk and sleep without pain. My knee now has great range of motion, I'm walking normally with no pain, and my leg is strong and stable. THANK YOU Blue Ridge PT for getting me back to the things I love doing!"

"I came to BlueRidge in August with a frozen shoulder. Unable to dress, drive well, or move my arm above my waist. Stan and Lauren have been so knowledgeable and caring. Their expertise and their bedside manor are outstanding. They are creative and strong. After 6 weeks, they have given me so much of my daily life back. I believe now that I can recover. And I know whole heartedly that I could NOT be doing it without BlueRidge."

"I started going to Blue Ridge for physical therapy earlier this year. I had been having chronic back pain for almost two years. I had trouble walking my dogs, doing chores around the house, even sitting could cause me pain. I started initially with a different physical therapist, and they helped a bit at first. The exercises they had me doing where all mobility and it was the same thing week after week. But after six months of going, I was still having pain most days. I switched to Blue Ridge and could not be happier with my decision. They focused on posture and strength building. There was progression in the exercises over time ex. do 2 sets of 10, then 2 sets of 12, now do a heavier weight. I could feel myself getting stronger and the pain getting less. I feel confident that I can continue with what they've shown me and if I'm consistent with it, I will be able to live a back pain free life!"

"Immediately after a 2 hr dental appointment I developed a robust, persistent case of vertigo which lasted 6 weeks. After the first week someone recommended physical therapy. The only place I considered going to was Blue Ridge Physical Therapy. A few years ago Dr. Kim, Stan and Jamie provided great care to me after my hip replacement and also treated some old injuries. This time the care from Lauren, Jamie and Stan was also outstanding. I think I went twice a week for 5 weeks for p.t. and also had chiropractic care. After each p.t. session I noticed improvement. The entire staff provides wonderful, encouraging care. I highly recommend BRPT."

"In the last two and a half years I have been treated by many different doctors and staff. My insurance company and myself have spent thousands of dollars. "Incredible place! I did my wrist rebab here after sustaining a distal radial fracture from a snowboarding accident and they helped me achieve a super speedy recovery. Highly recommend for any sort of rehab or any other ailments! Extremely kind staff and will be back if needed :)"

"After suffering from an Incomplete spinal Injury 2.5 years ago ,I have had my share of 5 types of physical therapy facilities.Each facility has it own specialty to them but none of them have what Blue Ridge Physical Therapy has!! The team that works together here supersedes all of them put together! It's like that family unity that we all crave but getting help all the same time. You can't train this into a facility it's just born within. I was told I'd never walk again and after 2 years of trying I came in here on a cane and barely making it. In 5 months I have become so much stronger not only have I come off the cane I'm actually strong enough to get on my motorcycle and ride again. Take it from me if you don't try it you won't know and you'll never get any better ,so just go for it!! Good luck to every person that reads this in their endeavor and never give up you can make it I did! Special thanks to Stan you're the best!"

"This is the best PT office in the Tri-Cities. The staff is amazing. If it wasn't for them and the Grace of God I wouldn't be back at my job. My Ortho Dr. waited 2 weeks after surgery to put me in therapy. When I started I wasn't able to bend my knee past a 70 degree angle. They encouraged me, helped me and pushed me to bend my knee. 12 visits later I am at a 110 degree angle. I would definitely recommend them to everyone."

"Top notch. This is my second course of therapy at BRPT. They treated my herniated lumbar disk 5 years ago and I returned to my pre-injury function without undo pain. I am now being treated for multiple abdominal surgeries and a month-long hospitalization. After only 3 weeks I am already advancing and can do household chores and yard work when initially I could not even sit upright for more than a minute. The staff is both highly competent and supportive, understanding of my health condition and committed to doing whatever they can to restore me to full functionality. Although I still have a long way to go, I am confident that my condition will continue to improve under their care. I am a physician and plan to refer my patients to their care as a result of this experience. Professionalism, competence, and compassion. All one needs from their therapy team."

"I’ve been coming here since first of December with a new diagnosis of lymphedema in both legs. The swelling has reduced between 4-5 cm and my legs don’t ache as bad. Everyone here at Blue Ridge Physical Therapy is so nice and very friendly. This may be my last visit but if I need more therapy down the road, I will definitely be back. I highly recommend them if you are needing therapy of any kind. Thank you to Dr. Countryman and Jamie for everything."

"I am very happy with the improvement I have experienced during my PT sessions at Blue Ridge Physical Therapy. The environment is bright and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Each PT appointment is conducted in a patient centered manner with concentrated attention to each person. My treatments are coming to an end because I am now at the point where no therapy is needed. If I were to need PT in the future, I would certainly return to Blue Ridge PT for my care. "I have had the need to use Blue Ridge Physical Therapy for multiple occasions over the last few years. My most recent visits have been the same as all the others: very rewarding. I feel rewarded because first and foremost, I see and feel positive results. I also appreciate the fact that not only do the physical therapists work diligently to get to the root of the problem, but they take the time to explain the what and the why. I understand what they are trying to accomplish and why that needs to occur. I also understand steps that I need to take to prevent reoccurring problems from the trouble area."

"Jamie and Christine are an asset to this organization! They are easy to talk with! They are always warm and friendly and understanding! They know I hate the wraps but always convince me this is the right thing to do🙂! I can tell a big difference in my right leg especially. The swelling has gone down. When I take the wraps off, I put my support socks on and can tell a huge difference! I feel that every time I put the socks on I get a week’s workout every time!
